RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Milestones & Memories, WyomingMilestones.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Items lost or damaged once we have delivered them to the shipping carrier are not our responsibility.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders received Monday - Friday by 1:00PM Mountain Standard Time will ship the same day. Items received after 1:00PM Monday - Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday or nationally recognized US Holidays such as Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Thanks Giving, Memorial Day and Labor Day will ship the next business day.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Milestones & Memories, WyomingMilestones.com within 10 days of delivery for a store credit. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale and/or discounted items may not be returned for any reason. Special Order items require prior approval by the customer and may not be returned.
