Purchasing Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Please note: for security reasons we limit online purchases of gift certificates to the amount of $100.00. If you would like to purchase a larger amount please contact us.

How to Send Gift Certificates

To send a Gift Certificate you need to Add one to your cart using the Add to Cart link under "Gift Certificates" on the left side of any page of our website. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following: The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The amount you want to send. A short message which will appear in the email or will be hand written and included with your Gift Certificate if you choose to have us mail your Gift Certificate via US Postal Service. You will be asked to select a delivery method. You must provide a mailing address if you select the "Send by Mail" option. Gift Certificates delivered via email will be sent using HTML - if the person you are sending to cannot view html emails they can still find their gift certificate code in the text of the email, however they will not see the images included in our templates. There is an additional fee when you choose the "Send by Mail" option. You will be asked to choose a template for your Gift Certificate during the order process. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly. You will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before completing your order.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

If you receive a Gift Certificate it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The Gift Certificate will also contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code. YOU MUST SAVE THIS CODE TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE.

You do not have to spend your entire Gift Certificate in one shopping trip! You can verify the balance available to use at any time by clicking the "Verify certificate" link in the "Gift Certificates" section on the left side of any web page on our site.

During the checkout process choose "Gift Certificate" as your payment method. This will take you to a page where you will be asked to enter your Gift Certificate Code. The code will be validated and the amount applied to your purchase. Please note, another payment method will be required if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you do not use the entire amount your gift certificate the balance will be available in the future using the same code during another shopping trip. You can then use the gift certificates to purchase any item from our store
